KOKUA offers a 12-month warranty on SUPs, paddles, fins and other hardware from the date of purchase. KOKUA's warranty applies to KOKUA products purchased from authorized retailers for personal use and not for resale purposes.

Under this warranty, KOKUA guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase (warranty card/receipt) is required to make a warranty claim.

If KOKUA determines that a product is defective according to its own standards, we will refund, repair, or replace the defective product.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Used and demo (test drive) products are not covered by the warranty. Repaired or replaced products are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage other than manufacturing defects.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by failure to properly maintain the product and its parts.
• Chips, dents, scratches, and cosmetic finish defects.
• Damage caused during transport or improper storage (including UV damage from direct sunlight, etc.).
• Damage caused by use of cleaning products.
• Damage caused by use other than that intended.
• Damage caused by the use of improper hardware, improper installation, or tightening of hardware, including damage caused by tightening or loosening with power tools.
• Sticking, rusting, and corroding hardware.
• Damage caused by impact, abuse, misuse, or collision with an object.
• Damage caused by natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms.
• Modified or repaired products.
• Products used in conjunction with third-party products.
• Products used for commercial purposes (including rental).
• To make a claim regarding a product covered by this warranty, please bring the product, warranty card, and receipt to the retailer where you purchased it. Please note that KOKUA will not cover any costs (including shipping costs) related to warranty claims.
